“Lose Belly Fat and Acne in 7 Days or You Don’t Pay a Penny!”

The DecaSlim Story

6 years ago I was reading an article in TIME Magazine at my local Barnes & Noble Bookstore titled "10 Foods that Pack a Wallop." The article caught my eye because I had been struggling with my weight, and I was very concerned about my overall health after just losing my Grandmother and Grandfather to Cancer. The article went into great detail about these 10 “Super Foods” and what they can do for your overall health. The information was fascinating to say the least. It inspired me to make a change in my lifestyle. So I went out that day to the grocery store and picked up the 10 "SuperFoods".

I made it my mission to eat a serving of these foods each and every single day for a month with the hopes that it would improve my overall health.

I stayed true to the diet for 2 weeks and LOST 12 POUNDS!!!

After 2 weeks it became tough (and costly) for me to eat salmon, nuts, and broccoli every day! I LOVE salmon and nuts. But if you try to eat them everyday for a month, wheeeeeew! Trust me… It’s Tough! So I began to eat Salmon and Nuts every other day for the remainder of the month.

So What Happened at the End of the First Month?

It was tough for me to believe… But after just 30 days on this strict meal plan I lost 14 Stubborn Pounds of Body fat! Even more Amazing is that my Acne virtually disapperared! My Acne and my Weight have always been my two problems for me that I felt VERY Self Conscience about. And after 30 days following this strict meal plan, I had almost cured both for myself. My Friends and Family were SHOCKED at my progress. They all wanted to know what in the world I was doing to make such Dramatic Changes in such a short period of time. All of their compliments made me feel like a Million Dollars!

I didn’t just Lose Weight and rid myself of Acne. I also experienced a Huge Surge of Energy that lasted All Day. I felt myself being Nicer to people. I noticed a reduction in Dark Circles around my eyes and the Size of my Pores decreased dramatically. I felt Motivated. It’s unbelievable how eating these 10 Super Foods can change your mental outlook on life. I was
Constantly Motivated to Better Myself. It was truly a life changing experience.

But there were two problems…

Problem #1 – The 10 Super Foods aren’t Cheap!

Broccoli, Nuts, Blueberries, and Red Wine Extract are VERY EXPENSIVE FOODS. Like most, I’m on a very tight budget and I couldn’t afford to spend and Extra $200+ per month for the Super Foods.

Problem #2 – It was not Easy to Follow the Strict Meal Plan.

When I got my friends and family on the meal plan they had the same troubles.

The Results You See & Feel are PRICELESS! But it just was an inconvenient meal plan to follow. So I had a new Mission.

I set out to make a Convenient and Affordable alternative!

I worked with one of the largest Nutraceautical companies in the world and had them find the highest quality Concentrates of All 10 Super Foods. They agreed on one condition: That they can do so without sparing any expense. I agreed.

After 6 months of searching, we were able to find Super High Concentrates of all 10 foods except one… Salmon!

The reason Salmon is on TIME Magazines list is because it contains LOTS of Healthy Fats. These Healthy fats Lower your Bad Cholesterol (ldl) and raise your Good Cholesterol (hdl) – perfect combination for preventing heart disease.

So instead of using salmon, we found an Essential Fatty Acid called Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). CLA is scientifically proven to safely reduce body fat.

So We Found the Highest Quality 10 Super Food Concentrates available. These
ingredients are so HIGHLY Concentrated that 8 out of the 10 ingredients are PATENTED.

Now the test:

To see if 10 “Super Extracts” Work as Well as the whole foods…

So 10 of my closest friends and family members (and myself) set out to take these food concentrates for 30 days with no other changes in our diet or exercise programs.

THE RESULTS?

Everyone Lost Weight! I even Lost 12 Pounds! My Sister in Law had the Most Dramatic Results. She lost 21 pounds in only 30 days! My best friend had the slowest progress. He lost 3.5 Pounds in 30 Days. But he said he couldn’t of felt better while taking the Super Food Concentrates. We ALL Felt SUPERB! Everyone Lost Unwanted Body Weight and We All Noticed Dramatic Changes in our Skin Tone and Complexion. We were all winners!

DecaSlim contains extracts of these 10 SuperFoods in each capsule:

Green Tea – Green Tea is a powerful is a powerful metabolic booster that, when used with a healthy diet plan, has a dual action effect on weight loss by helping you to curb your appetite and kick start and speed up your fat burning ability. A study published by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that Green Tea extract accelerates calorie burning through increased thermogenesis, particularly with fat calories. DecaSlim’s Green Tea will help optimize your body’s fat burning ability to maximize your weight loss.

Safflower Oil by Tonalin™ - Derived from natural safflower oil, CLA inhibits lipoprotein lipase, an enzyme that breaks down fat from our diets. Once the fat is broken down, it is stored in the body. By suppressing this enzyme, CLA helps reduce the amount of fat that is broken down and, therefore, the amount of fat that is deposited and stored.

Reduces body fat 9% by decreasing the amount of fat your body stores.

Maintains lean muscle by helping your body burn calories more efficiently.

Prevents fat cells from refilling with fat, so you maintain your leaner look.

Decades of research indicate that CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) actually changes body composition by reducing body fat and increasing or preserving lean muscle mass – giving you a leaner, healthier appearance. Results of a pilot study, which showed a 20 percent reduction in body fat percentage, were announced by Dr. Michael Pariza of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, who discovered CLA and has been instrumental in studying its role in the reduction of body fat and promotion of lean muscle mass.

Dietary Fiber by ViscoFiber™ – Fiber is the most powerful appetite suppressant available. If you serioulsy want to destroy your appetite and minimize your caloric intake, then you need ViscoFiber. When you take DecaSlim before meals, Viscofiber™ combines with water to form a soft gel in the stomach; creating a feeling of fullness to help promote weight loss. Viscofiber™ also moderates glucose (sugar) absorption in the body to reduce cravings, helping your body utilize nutrients longer and providing you with more energy. This combination of effects is proven to help you achieve and maintain their desired weight.

Blueberries by VitaBlue™ -The deep blue pigment of blueberries contains an antioxidant called anthocyanidins, which help to neutralize free radicals. Blueberries are one of the very best fruits providing this type of antioxidant protection, especially protective to the brain.

Recently, Agnes Rimando, a researcher at the U.S. Department of Agriculture has identified a new compound in blueberries called pterostilbene (pronounced "tero-STILL-bean"). This nutrient compound is in the same family as resveratrol, another important antioxidant found in grape skins.

Rimando’s research shows that pterostilbene has a powerful ability to influence the metabolism of cholesterol and the synthesis of triglycerides. It does this by binding to a very specific receptor in the nucleus of a cell that is vital to the metabolism of fat. This receptor is called PPARa (peroxisome proliferator activated receptor alpha). Thus, pterostilbene is guiding a cell’s use of cholesterol and triglycerides, supporting healthy metabolism. VitaBlue supports healthy metabolism and circulation, making it a terrific dietary supplement to go along with a healthy diet and exercise.

Broccoli by BroccoPlus™ – A stalk of broccoli can provide up to 220% of the daily value of vitamin C and 15% of the daily value of vitamin A as beta carotene. In addition, broccoli contains other phytonutrients that provide additional antioxidant activity.

BroccoPlus™ is designed to deliver the two most potent health-promoting compounds found in broccoli – glucosinolates and sulforaphane – in one convenient concentrated powder.

Glucosinolates, which occur naturally broccoli, are more concentrated in broccoli sprouts. This potent broccoli sprout extract delivers a powerful dose of glucosinolates to support enzymes found in the liver and intestines, which are involved in the cleansing of and excretion of certain chemicals that may harm immune health.
Sulforaphane, an isothionate abundant in broccoli sprouts, helps increase the activity of Phase II enzymes, such as quinine reductase and glutathione transferase, that inactivate certain harmful chemicals in the body. Sulforaphane is also a potential bacteriocide against Helicobacter pylori, a pathogenic bacterium known to cause gastric complications.

Spinach by Futureceuticals Spinach 7000ppm Lutein™ – As a dark, leafy green, spinach possesses several important phytochemicals, including lutein, which helps prevent age-related macular degeneration. Spinach also contains lipoic acid, which helps antioxidant vitamins C and E regenerate. Because of its role in energy production, lipoic acid is being investigated for regulating blood sugar levels.

FlaxSeed by LinumLife Extra Flax Seed™ – Flaxseed is one of the best sources of vegetarian omega-3 in the form of alpha linolenic acid, which has been studied for its role in heart, immune, and joint health, as well as for maintaining good skin.
Tomato by Lyc-O-Mato™ – Trying to prevent aging or to maintain your youthful, healthy radiant skin?
Garlic "Allicin Powder" – Allicin is the most effective garlic supplement on the market today. Clinical studies show garlic supports healthy cholesterol levels and helps maintain circulatory efficiency. The greatest effect resulted from garlic products with standardized amounts of allicin release in doses of 5,000 mcg per day. Three factors make DecaSlim the highest allicin yield garlic product. First, the garlic powder used in each capsule is extremely potent in alliinase (which the body converts into allicin). Second, it’s superior enteric-coating makes DecaSlim odor free and allows each tablet to pass through harmful stomach acids and convert its alliin into allicin while in the intestines. And third, DecaSlim capsules quickly disintegrate in the intestines to maximize its allicin conversion.

Resveratrol – It is widely known that the frequent consumption of red wine in France has contributed to better cardiovascular health as compared to other industrialized nations with similar risk factors. I was pretty skeptical, because I knew my trainer was making money from it and I’ve tried diet pills before with no success. I went against my gut instinct and decided to give it a try. I’ve accomplished what seemed to be impossible."

"Thanks for the MIRACLE DecaSlim. I never thought I’d feel comfortable in a one-piece swimsuit, let alone a BIKINI. I don’t have the perfect body (yet), but I’m getting closer and closer every day. DecaSlim is still helping me shed the pounds after 3 months of use."

Why Your Current Acne Treatment Isn’t Working

The Average Acne Treatment…

The typical acne treatment is chemical based – which is not only detrimental for your skin, it may even cause MORE acne to form by drying out your skin!

Dry skin causes your skin to flake, clogging up your pores, allowing the perfect environment for acne to break out.

Acneprin™ Treats Acne at the Source.

The word “zits” generally brings to mind teens, high school students, or adolescents in the throes of puberty. But are pimples exclusively a teen problem? Nope. While most teens do get zits, a lot of adults and even babies get them too! Here’s the lowdown on who gets acne.

Babies get acne.

Would you believe that acne is a baby problem? Thankfully, most babies don’t suffer from depression and self-image problems at that stage in life, but they do get pimples. Baby acne is usually manifest as tiny whiteheads. It is not to be confused with eczema, which is also a baby skin problem. Because hormones are just as high in babies as they are in teens, it is hormones that are most likely one of the primary causes for baby acne.

Teens get acne.

It is a big teenage dilemma. Around the 12th birthday and for the next decade or so, nine out of ten teens will get acne. Acne affects people of every race, hair color, and complexion, regardless of what they eat and how much they wash their face. Despite the wide range of age groups of those who get acne, teens experience it the worst

Adults get acne.

Any adult can get acne, but the problem seems to favor adult women. Often, the acne breakout occurs at intervals—often during a woman’s monthly cycle. Many women experience acne during pregnancy. Other tangential causes such as cosmetics, genes, and birth control pills also contribute to acne outbreaks.

Why?

Why do people get acne? It has to do with hormones, primarily. Hormones are powerful substances, which travel through the body, sending commands and prompting changes. When puberty begins, often in the preteen years, the hormones become more prevalent. Androgen, a major hormone, has many effects, one of which is to prompt sebaceous glands to produce more oil. The oil-releasing properties of the sebaceous glands often promote higher acne outbreaks. Genetics also has a lot to do with it. Usually those who experience severe acne have a family history of the problem. It’s not a hygiene or diet issue at all.

Okay, get ready, because we’re going to dive into some gross stuff here. It’s going to be about popping zits. Hey, it’s a fact of life, and you’ve probably done it yourself. If you don’t want to read this article because zit popping makes you squeamish, fine. Before you go, here’s the point of the article: try not to pop them. If you just have to, be careful and keep it clean.

There are two opposing camps on the popping question. There are those who say it’s a good thing. Then, there are those who say you should never do it. Here are their arguments:

“Just pop the zit!”

It provides a perverse sense of gratification.

Zits that need to be popped are very ugly and excruciatingly annoying.

Zits that are ready to blow get really tender and painful.

Zits are going to pop anyway, might as well do it in the privacy of your own bathroom than to risk an explosion in public.

“Never pop the zit!”

If you pop it, it won’t heal properly.

It will make the zit bigger, redder, and more inflamed.

It will create further swelling which will cause more pore clogging, which will create a bigger zit that lasts longer.

It might cause a scar.

It can spread the gross bacteria around the surrounding skin, producing more zits.

Here’s what we advise. Don’t try to pop all your pimples. If the pimple is going to pop anyway, you can give it a little prodding. However, if you have to really bear down on the thing to get it to pop, please don’t do it Never, ever attempt to pop deep cysts. Cysts are a problem, but only a trained dermatologist should deal them with. As a general rule, try to avoid popping pimples.

With that disclaimer, there are some times when it may be best to pop. Realize that the following points will only apply to a small number of pimples, so use the advice judiciously.

How to pop a pimple.

Do it when your skin is soft and pliable, preferably after a shower.

Wash your hands and your face before you do it.

If available, use a sanitized needle or pin. Wipe the needle down with rubbing alcohol before you begin.

A quick, short, and gentle prick at the center of the needle is best. Do not dig around. Do not jab deep. Be careful.

Once the pimple has been pricked, gently massage excess oil and pus from the area. As soon as blood appears, stop.

Wash your face thoroughly, using soap and warm water. Pat dry.

Hold a tissue to the spot, and press firmly for several minutes.

After the deed has been done and the spot begins to heal, do not pick the scab and reopen the wound.

One of the most popular skin cleansing products on the market today are exfoliators. The word exfoliate means “To come apart or be shed from a surface in scales or layers.” When it comes to your skin, a bit of exfoliation can be a good thing. We all have dead skin cells that need to come off. However, exfoliation plus acne may not be the best thing.

What’s in an Exfoliator

Exfoliation is not totally evil. A gentle exfoliation treatment from time to time (maybe once every two weeks) is fine. However, it is not necessary or even exceptionally helpful for treating acne. In order to qualify as an exfoliant, a cleanser must have small abrasive components to it. Often, these are made out of sand, crushed apricot shells, crushed almond shells, and hard microbeads. Exfoliators often irritate the skin excessively, causing more harm than good.

How Overscrubbing Can Hurt

Among the many erroneous beliefs about acne is that you scrub hard enough, deep enough and long enough, the pimples will go away. Maybe true, but you won’t have any flesh by the time that you’re done. Pimples start deep in the skin, and no matter how hard you scrub, you won’t be able to get rid of them and still keep your skin. So, if you use exfoliators, do so gently and occasionally. Irritation of the skin simply makes acne worse.

How Harsh Cleaners Can Hurt

If it hurts, it’s probably not good for your skin. Many people choose to wash their face with rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, lemon juice, or other chemicals. While occasional use of some of these is legitimate, overuse is definitely an acne no-no. Harsh chemicals and cleaners actually strip away the protective outer layer of the skin and eliminate the important thin layer of oil spread across your skin. When gone, it is a signal to the sebaceous glands to pump out more oil. Thus begins a cycle of new acne and more blemishes.

It is important to wash your face regularly, and to do a good job at it. However, it can be overdone. Wash carefully. Wash gently. Wash in moderation.

We have way too many words for the common pimple—macula, nodule, cyst, pustule, carbuncle, blemish, goophead, whitehead, excrescence, blackhead, zit, and etc. Of course, it’s not important that you use the precise biological term every time you talk about acne, but it is important to at least be aware of what’s being discussed as you read about the topic, talk to a doctor, discuss it with a dermatologist, or read up on treatments. Here is your guide to zit terminology.

Acne

This is the most common term for the pimple. It is actually part of a longer term, acne vulgaris, which is the precise medical terminology that refers to the specific disorder/disease that affects the philosebaceous unit, resulting in lesions, which are visible on the surface of the skin.

Whitehead

A whitehead is a descriptive term for a non-inflammatory closed infection. The technical term is closed comedone, and it is easy to distinguish from pimples and blackheads, because of the white tip of the blemish. They come and go faster than any other symptoms of acne. They are the most tempting to pop. Closed comedones are actually clogged pores. When the sebaceous gland produces oil, but is clogged at the top, the oil simply builds up underneath the surface of the skin. As it does, a bump develops and the oil prepares to spill to the surface. The white fluid that eventually spills out is a mix of sebum (oil) and dead skin cells.

Blackhead

The blackhead is a close cousin of the whitehead. It is a non-inflammatory open infection, and goes by the technical term open comedone. The blackhead, which is obviously characterized by a black tip, is the same as a whitehead except that the blackhead has pushed through he surface of the skin, whereas the whitehead stays beneath the surface. Skin oil contains a pigment called melanin. When the melanin is exposed to air is turns a dark color. The concentrated melanin in the oily buildup of a blackhead is what produces the dark characteristic black head. Blackheads are like whiteheads, and may come and go frequently without leaving permanent marks or scares.

Inflammatory Acne

Several terms apply to the final category of acne—inflammatory acne. This type of acne is more likely to cause any level of scarring or damage.

Papule: a smaller inflamed pimple, usually characterized by a small reddish bump.

Pustule: a more significant inflammation of the sebaceous gland, producing pus, dead skin cells, and bacteria

Nodules and cysts: inflamed areas of the skin which grow, fill with fluid or oil, and persist beneath the surface of the skin.

If you know anything about facial shaving, you know that it involves dragging a very sharp razor across a very sensitive portion of your body—your face. Can you imagine shaving with dozens of painful zits all over that area? Talk about a nick waiting to happen! Any one who has had to shave and go through acne at the same time knows all about it. Here is how you can keep your shave, yet avoid the pain and inconvenience of a zit-prone shaving experience.

Soften things up a bit.

The best kind of skin to shave is skin that is soft and pliable. Therefore, the best time to shave is after your skin has been wet for sometime, such as after a shower. Use warm water and soap and make sure your skin is as soft as possible.

Use a sharp, clean razor.

Razors are great for getting rid of facial hair, but they have a downside: they can spread bacteria. If you use the same razor repeatedly, make sure you keep it clean to avoid spreading the bacteria from the acne to another area of your skin. If you use an electric razor, wipe it down with a cleansing solution or rubbing alcohol. Occasionally rinse your disposable razor in rubbing alcohol, and be sure to change it on a regular basis to keep it sharp.

Use lots of shaving cream.

Never, ever shave with a dry face. Besides being excruciatingly painful, it’s liable to cause serious razor burn and maybe sliced acne. Don’t do it. Gel-based shaving cream or thick lather shaving cream is your best option. You may even wish to purchase sensitive skin shaving cream for an even thicker, more protective lather. If you need more protection, try hair conditioner instead of shaving cream, or use both together. Your purpose is to soften the skin, protect the skin, and keep the razor from irritating your acne.

Gentle, one-and-done shaving is best.

Do not reshave areas of your face that you have already shaved. It could cause unnecessary acne irritation. Be sure to shave only one direction. Shaving down and then up is another way to create irritation and risk popping acne. Always move your razor in the same direction that the hair is growing. Be gentle with your skin. There is no need to press hard to get a closer shave. Doing so will only put your skin at risk for popped acne and more problems.

Be careful about the big zits.

You don’t have to shave every spot on your face. If you’ve got a big one, and you can avoid it—avoid it. Most likely, the skin at the exact site of a pimple is not covered with hair that needs to be shaved. Avoid it until the site becomes safe again.

Finish well.

When the shaving is complete, give your face a gentle wash. Get rid of the shaving cream, and wash off any damage that may have happened during the shaving experience. Conclude the shave by using a mild moisturizing cream. Alcohol-based aftershaves aren’t the best idea (besides, if there are an open wounds, they will sting). Use some form of cream or lotion to keep the skin healthy and hydrated.

It is, however, common enough to pay attention to its various severe forms. One such form is called nodulocystic acne.

What is nodulocystic acne?

Also called cystic acne, this form of acne is a rare form of advanced acne. The name may suggest that it simply involves having cysts. It is not quite so simple. Anyone can develop cysts—hardened areas of the skin. However, true cysts are a skin abnormality involving a cavity within the skin that fills with a liquid or semisolid substance. Cysts may crop up all over the face, and can cause pain if they press against a nerve ending. Nodules are hard collections of tissue, similar to cysts. They develop deep within the skin. Thus, nodulocystic acne is widespread acne involving multiple cysts and nodules.

Symptoms of nodulocystic acne

Nodulocystic acne is characterized by multiple nodules and cysts throughout the entire face. The nodules develop from large acne lesions, and affect the skin from the deepest layer. Nodulocystic acne involves large cysts, some growing to over an inch in diameter. Nodulocystic acne is often the first stage in even worse forms of acne, including acne conglobata.

Treating nodulocystic acne

As in other forms of acne treatment, antibiotics are used to treat nodulocystic acne. Antibiotics such as isotretinoin or corticosteroids are generally effective against nodulocystic acne. Often, nodules and cysts must be surgically treated. This involves a minor incision into a cyst, draining it, and allowing it to heal.

One popular acne myth is a rather lackadaisical approach to acne. It’s the leave-it-alone myth. Don’t do anything about it. Just let it run its course. You just have to go through this phase, so just leave it alone. Usually, this comes from people who don’t have to worry about acne anymore. “Leave it alone,” they say, “and it will go away.”

It sounds plausible enough—on the surface. After all, science has no cure to acne, right? The leave-it-alone myth is a myth because it ignores several facts

Acne is treatable, if not curable.

Even though acne can’t be eradicated, it sure can be treated. There is a reason why acne medication is sold, has been sold, and will continue to be sold. It works. Even though there is no wonder-working snake oil that will cause acne to vanish, there are treatments that will cause acne to diminish.

Acne may produce permanent damage if it is not treated.

Just leaving it alone may cause more problems than you imagined. Acne can cause pain, scarring, and long-term damage. Treating acne early on is the best way to prevent this level of damage.

Acne may return throughout your lifetime.

Acne is not just a teenage phenomenon. Although the teenager years are the primary time that acne strikes, it can come back repeatedly in the adult years. Even though future recurrence is milder and less frequent, it does happen—giving a touch of realism to the leave-it-alone myth.

So, for those who are tempted to throw up their hands in carefree simplicity and say “leave it alone!” consider these facts. Then, go buy some treatments. You’ll be glad you did.
